FootSkills Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Users who purchase products on the website www.footskillspro.com have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Art. 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), provided they qualify as consumers and not professionals.

1.2 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery (Art. 59, letter e) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
  • Digital content provided on a non-material medium, if execution began with the User's explicit consent (Art. 59, letter o) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
  • Customized or personalized products made according to the User's specific requests.

1.3 For purchases made by professionals or entities that do not qualify as consumers, the right of withdrawal is excluded.


2. Return Procedure

2.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send a written communication within 14 days of receiving the product to the email address info@footskills.it, specifying:

  • Full name of the purchaser.
  • Order number.
  • Product being returned.
  • Reason for the return (optional).
  • Any requests for a refund or replacement.

2.2 Within 14 days of sending the withdrawal communication, the User must return the product to the address provided by the Sole Proprietorship using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are borne by the User.

2.3 The returned product must:

  • Be in like-new condition.
  • Include all accessories and the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Be free from signs of use, damage, or tampering.

3. Refund

3.1 Once the returned product has been received and verified, the Sole Proprietorship will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the User at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 The Sole Proprietorship reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned damaged, tampered with, or incomplete compared to its original condition.
  • If the product is returned beyond the 14-day deadline from the withdrawal communication.
  • If the product was purchased as part of a special promotion that excludes returns.
  • If the necessary return documentation (proof of purchase, confirmation email, etc.) is not provided.
  • If the product was misused by the User, contrary to the usage instructions.

4. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products

4.1 In the event of receiving a product that does not match the order or is defective, the User must contact the Sole Proprietorship within 14 days of receipt by sending a detailed report to info@footskills.it, including photos demonstrating the defect or error.

4.2 In such cases, return and replacement shipping costs will be fully covered by the Sole Proprietorship. The defective or incorrect product will be replaced with a correct one, subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 The Sole Proprietorship is not responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from improper use of the product by the User.
  • Delays or losses caused by errors in shipping details provided by the User.

5.2 The User is responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process and for ensuring the proper shipping of the return, including the risk of loss or damage during transportation.
